Default lf build : 3 man 600/famine/smiter

Could anyone point me to the build(s) used for the 600/famine/smiter farming in DoA Foundry pls.
I had a look around and found nothing conclusive/comeplete.

Only thing I found was : http://www.pvxwiki.com/wiki/Build:Te...ine\Smite_Farm

But I'm a bit doubtfull about the shield of absorption on the 600hp tank.

Any help received would be greatly appreciated.

build is fine from wiki, spirit bond triggers also if you got protective spirit
on with a 55.

Yes, I know that, but retribution and holy wrath will be doing 0 damage on a 55. If you activate shield of absorption you'll be diminishing the damage output of your smiter.

Shield of Absorption works fine on a 600 monk. It will not reduce the smite from Retribution and Holy Wrath.

i'm not sure if this works... the Smiter will always get 0 energy because of the bonds and combining it with famine doesn't seem very clever imo o_O
correct me if i'm wrong

Now, that I didn't know.
Thanks.

I'll have to look into this again when I'm home.

That's a good point. But because the monk has 4 enchants, she'll take the initial famine damage but she'll be stuck at 0 energy the whole time, thus not taking any additional damage.

The smiter could step out of range of famine but still keeping up enchantments is this is a problem.

why would you use a famine ranger anyway? Its another person taking drops, and famine is just so-so compared to the killing power retr/wrath brings. Of course AV/SV is still required for pesky monks, but hell... no need for famine. If you are stubborn about it, the 0 energy on the smiter won't make a difference. Take a look at the old 600 hp farm at Harvest Temple. It worked because all enemies wouldnt be stuck at 0 energy all the time, it may look like gw rounds fractions up or down, but in the background its counting. so when SV/AV hits they hit 0 energy, then they regen to 0.0000001 (or whatever) and again SV/AV hits bringing it down to 0. The smiter has 0 energy, but no regen so he cant lose more energy and he can;t reach 0 again.

1. 600hp monk=tank he must have
prot spirit,spirit bond,shield of absorbtion,spellbreaker,spirit shackles,ancestor visage(or the other visage),blessed aura,essence bond
2.The smiter which is necesary for the dmg in the parts where melee foes are
missing such as the second chamber ,seconds spawn.
Smiter must have holy wrath, retribution, succor, vital blessing(some prefer life atunement),the rest are optional.
As optional i take glyph of sacrifice, rebirth, bane signet, signet of judgement,
altho u never kinda get to use the last 2 skills and glyph os sac is to fast rebirth the tank
3.The famine ranger which is neded 1.for quickening zephyr (without it the run isnt posible as far as i know)2. for aditional dmg since the tank wil have to use the visage at the titan parts otherwise its chiblains+death and spirit shackles on the margonite anur ki which tend to have unlimited energy, they can go on healing forever, other tahn that the main dmg where melee foes are missing comes from the smiter enchantements.

With this build its posible to clear al 4 rooms of the foundry+all of the big center room (excpet for the group with 2 margonite anru ki´s didnt wish to try those)+hard mode.U can not complete al the foundry with this build but as far as i know u can clear out al the mobs within the foundry A LOT more faster than the 8 man team(managed to kill all the titans in 2nd room in 1 pull)

NOTE:the smiter monk can not take damage from famine because he always has 0 energy and no energy regeneration

Sig of illusion smite bonders work just as good as a monk yes, but with a monk you can get the same results by changing headpiece, so neither is better just so you guys know.
